Transparent Pricing

Most patients shopping for full-arch implants encounter a wide range of quotes — often $8,000 to $40,000 for the same procedure. The difference is rarely about quality. It’s about who you went through.

OIC pre-negotiates rates directly with certified specialists across our network. Those rates are locked in before your free consultation — no bait-and-switch, no surprise fees at the chair.

Why OIC Rates Are Lower Than What You'd Find on Your Own

Before you think about monthly payments, OIC has already lowered the number you’re financing.

OIC is a placement network. We partner with full-arch implant specialists across the country and negotiate fixed rates as part of the network agreement. These rates are lower than standard market pricing because of the volume and consistency OIC brings to partner clinics — and because we sit on the patient’s side of the table, not the dental practice.

When you come through OIC, you aren’t calling around comparing quotes. You’re placed with a certified specialist at a rate that’s already been negotiated on your behalf. You won’t find these rates by contacting dental offices directly.

What's Included in Your OIC Rate

OIC rates are all-in starting prices — not teaser quotes that grow once you’re in the chair. Every OIC-placed patient receives:

NOTE: Final pricing may vary based on case complexity, bone grafting requirements, or additional clinical needs identified at consultation. Your certified specialist will review your case and confirm your final rate before any work begins.

What Can Affect Your Final Cost

OIC starting rates are exactly that — starting rates. Most patients fall within a narrow range above the starting price. The factors that can affect your final cost include:

Bone Grafting

Patients with significant bone loss may require grafting before implant placement. Your specialist will identify this during your imaging review and discuss the cost impact before proceeding.

Number of Implants

All-on-4 uses four implants per arch. All-on-6 uses six. If your anatomy or case complexity calls for more implants, your specialist will explain why and what the adjustment looks like.

Upper vs. Lower Arch

Upper and lower arch placements can differ slightly in complexity. Your OIC-certified specialist will account for this in your confirmed rate at consultation.

OIC’s role is to make sure you know your number before you commit — not after. If there are any adjustments to your starting rate, they are disclosed at consultation, not discovered at the chair.

Ready to See Your Monthly Payment?

Pricing and financing are two different conversations — and both matter. Now that you know what OIC rates start at, the next step is understanding what that looks like as a monthly payment.

OIC works with CareCredit, Proceed Finance, and Cherry to offer flexible payment plans — including 0% APR options for qualified

What Patients Say About OIC-Certified Providers

Julie Brashears
Implants by Texas Implant & Dental Center
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They all made me feel very comfortable. Dr Hall was down-to-earth, friendly, and detailed what I could expect for each appointment. The whole experience was amazing. I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist, but the entire staff was very knowledgeable and seemed to like their jobs. They calmed my nerves and I am so glad I kept the appointment. I am finally feeling much happier about getting my dental work done, and actually looking forward to the following appointments and the final results.

I start my fast new smile journey in June of 2025. In the beginning there was a lot of miss communication but the issue was resolved very quickly. I meet with Brenda the financial advisor she spoke with me about the different financial options they offer. Then I was introduced to Dr. Yang he came in and throughly explained every detail regarding my procedure which also included a 3D image. I returned on June 23 for my first surgery and that’s when I meet Trina Dr’s Yang surgical tech. I also meet with the rest of the team they all made me feel so very comfortable. I have had to return for several follow up appointments . I will give more updates later. But as of now my experience has been very good.
