A Full Arch of Teeth, Starting at $22,500
All-on-4 dental implants replace an entire arch of missing or failing teeth using just four strategically placed implants — and you leave surgery day with a fixed, functional smile. OIC is the network that connects you to the right certified All-on-4 specialist, with pricing pre-negotiated and locked in before you walk in.
All-on-4 is a full-arch implant procedure that uses four titanium implants per arch to permanently support a complete set of teeth. Unlike traditional dentures, All-on-4 teeth are fixed — they don’t come out, don’t slip, and don’t require adhesives.
The procedure gets its name from its approach: four implants, strategically angled in areas of naturally stronger bone, provide the foundation for an entire arch. Two implants are placed vertically at the front, and two are angled toward the back — allowing for maximum stability even in patients with moderate bone loss.
On surgery day, any remaining failing teeth are removed, the implants are placed, and a temporary set of fixed teeth is attached. You walk out with a full smile. After healing (typically 3–6 months), your final permanent zirconia teeth are fitted.
These three terms refer to variations of the same full-arch implant concept. Here’s how they compare:
| All-on-4 | All-on-6 | |
|---|---|---|
| Implants per arch | 4 | 6 |
| Best for | Moderate bone volume | Higher bone density or stronger bite |
| Bone grafting required | Rarely — angled placement avoids it | Occasionally |
| Stability | Excellent | Maximum |
| Same-day teeth | Yes | Yes |
Your OIC-certified provider will determine the best option based on your bone density, bite force, and overall anatomy — evaluated through 3D CBCT imaging at your consultation. Most patients with average bone density are excellent All-on-4 candidates. All-on-6 may be recommended for patients who want maximum stability or have higher bite force demands.
Most patients who are missing all or most of their teeth — or living with failing, painful teeth — are candidates for All-on-4. Common candidates include:
The best way to confirm candidacy is a consultation with an OIC-certified Arch specialist, who will use 3D imaging to assess your bone structure and design a precise treatment plan.
Your OIC-certified specialist uses CBCT 3D imaging to map your exact bone structure. This allows for precise implant placement planning before surgery begins — no guesswork.
Any remaining failing teeth are extracted. The four implants are placed using guided surgery for maximum accuracy. A temporary set of fixed teeth is attached the same day — you leave with a full, functional smile.
The implants fuse with your jawbone (osseointegration). During this period your temporary teeth are fully functional — you can eat, speak, and smile normally. Follow your provider's dietary guidelines to protect healing implants.
Your custom permanent zirconia or acrylic teeth are fabricated and fitted. These are your long-term teeth — durable, natural-looking, and designed to last decades.
We negotiate locked-in rates directly with our certified providers. These rates are exclusive to patients placed through OIC — you won’t find them by calling clinics directly.
PATIENT REVIEWS
Four implants per arch — two placed vertically at the front of the jaw and two angled toward the back. This configuration maximizes stability while using naturally stronger areas of bone, often eliminating the need for bone grafting.
Yes. A full set of temporary fixed teeth is attached on surgery day. You leave with a functional smile. After the healing period (3–6 months), your final permanent teeth are fitted.
All-on-4 uses four implants per arch; All-on-6 uses six. All-on-6 provides additional stability and may be recommended for patients with greater bone density or higher bite force. Both procedures result in a full fixed arch of teeth. Your OIC-certified provider will recommend the right option based on your 3D imaging and anatomy.
All-on-X is Nobel Biocare’s branded version of the All-on-4 concept. It uses the same four-implant-per-arch approach with Nobel’s specific implant system. Clinically, it is equivalent to standard All-on-4 — the difference is the implant brand and system used by the provider.
In most cases, no. One of the key advantages of All-on-4 is that the angled posterior implants are designed to use existing bone — even in patients with moderate bone loss — avoiding the need for grafting. If your bone loss is severe, your provider may discuss alternative options such as zygomatic implants.
During the healing phase (first 3–6 months), a soft food diet is recommended to protect the implants while they integrate with the bone. After final restoration, you can eat normally — including foods that were difficult or impossible with dentures.
