Full-Mouth Dental Implants

Replace All Your Teeth in One Day — Starting at $22,500

If you’re missing most or all of your teeth — or living with failing, painful ones — a full-arch implant is the permanent solution. Fixed to your jaw, not glued to your gums. OIC is the network that finds you the right certified specialist, with pricing locked in before you ever sit in the chair.

Full-Mouth Dental Implants

Looking Into Dental Implants? Here's Why Full-Arch Changes Everything.

Most people start their search for dental implants thinking about replacing one or two teeth. But if you’re missing most of your teeth — or dealing with multiple failing ones — individual implants aren’t the most effective or affordable path forward.

A full-arch implant (All-on-4 or All-on-6) replaces an entire upper or lower set of teeth using just four to six implants. It’s a single procedure, a single recovery, and a single set of permanent teeth. Compared to replacing teeth one at a time, full-arch is faster, more cost-effective, and delivers a complete smile in one visit.

OIC is exclusively a full-arch network. We vet the specialists, negotiate the pricing, and match you to the right provider — so you’re not spending weeks calling clinics, comparing quotes, or wondering who to trust.

Key Benefits

One procedure — not years of individual treatments

Same-day temporary teeth — you leave with a full smile

Permanent, fixed result — nothing to remove, nothing to soak

Prevents bone loss that accelerates with missing teeth

Starting at $11,500 per arch through OIC — a fraction of the cost of multiple individual implants

Am I a Candidate for Full-Mouth Dental Implants?

Most patients who are missing all or most of their teeth qualify — even if you have been told you don’t have enough bone. Common candidates include:

The only way to know for certain is a consultation with a certified OIC provider, who will use 3D CBCT imaging to evaluate your bone structure and determine the right treatment plan for your specific case.

Full-Mouth Implants vs. Dentures: What's the Difference?

Many of our patients come to OIC after years of struggling with dentures. Here’s a side-by-side look at why full-mouth implants are the permanent alternative.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They all made me feel very comfortable. Dr Hall was down-to-earth, friendly, and detailed what I could expect for each appointment. The whole experience was amazing. I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist, but the entire staff was very knowledgeable and seemed to like their jobs. They calmed my nerves and I am so glad I kept the appointment. I am finally feeling much happier about getting my dental work done, and actually looking forward to the following appointments and the final results.

I start my fast new smile journey in June of 2025. In the beginning there was a lot of miss communication but the issue was resolved very quickly. I meet with Brenda the financial advisor she spoke with me about the different financial options they offer. Then I was introduced to Dr. Yang he came in and throughly explained every detail regarding my procedure which also included a 3D image. I returned on June 23 for my first surgery and that’s when I meet Trina Dr’s Yang surgical tech. I also meet with the rest of the team they all made me feel so very comfortable. I have had to return for several follow up appointments . I will give more updates later. But as of now my experience has been very good.

Don't Let Cost Be the Reason You Wait

Full-arch implants are not covered by insurance — but OIC has already done the work to make them as affordable as possible. We negotiate pre-set rates directly with our certified providers, so you pay less than you would by calling clinics on your own.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most patients are surprised by how manageable the discomfort is. The surgery is performed under local anesthesia and often IV sedation. Post-operative soreness typically peaks in the first 48–72 hours and is controlled with prescribed pain medication. The majority of patients report that the experience was far easier than they anticipated.

You’ll leave surgery day with a full set of temporary fixed teeth. Most patients return to light daily activities within a few days. Full healing of the implants into the jawbone (osseointegration) takes 3–6 months, after which your final permanent teeth are placed. Throughout this period you will have functioning temporary teeth.

The implants themselves are designed to last a lifetime with proper care. The restoration — the teeth attached to the implants — can last 15–20+ years depending on material and maintenance. Zirconia restorations, which OIC providers use, are among the most durable options available.

Both procedures replace a full arch of teeth using implants anchored directly into the jawbone. All-on-4 uses four implants per arch and is ideal for patients with moderate bone volume. All-on-6 uses six implants and provides additional stability — often recommended for patients with greater bone density or higher bite force needs. Your OIC-certified provider will determine which approach is best for your case based on 3D imaging.

In many cases, yes. Significant bone loss does not automatically disqualify you. Options such as bone grafting, sinus lifts, and zygomatic implants (which anchor into the cheekbone rather than the jaw) allow certified specialists to treat complex cases. A 3D CBCT scan at your consultation will determine what is possible for your specific anatomy.

OIC-negotiated starting rates are $11,500 per arch (upper or lower) and $22,500 for both arches — significantly below the national average of $18,000–$50,000. These rates are exclusive to patients placed through OIC and are locked in before your appointment. Financing is available from 0% APR with monthly payments starting at $157/month.

OIC typically matches patients with a certified provider within 24 hours for most locations. Because OIC works with clinics to fill open chair time, availability is often faster than calling clinics directly.
